Normally there would be a No Return policy an dietary or health supplements of any kind, however if within 30 days of delivery of your purchase, you may return your unopened portion of your order back to us. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange your order if after 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please call 1-506-375-8047. We may ask a few questions about the return however this is only so that we can educate ourselves and the needs of our customers!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We recommend using PayPal for all purchases, either by direct account payment or use of your credit card. Using any other credit card payment options can sometimes take two to three weeks to be returned to your credit cad. With PayPal we can make same day instant refunds.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We ship to US and UK (Int'l) only via Canada Post Expedited service. You will receive a "Ship Notification" via email from Canada Post containing your Tracking Number. Please note we are not responsible for any delays, duties, taxes due to the destination country's Customs(nor from weather delays). We are also not responsible for your package being stolen after its' delivery to your home/business (i.e. porch pirates, mail boxes, community mailbox sites).
